I had to cut my training session short last night.
As I was leaving work there was some issues I had to deal with, then to make it even worse driving home there was two car accidents on the way.
So it took me an hour and a half to get home. Then by the time I had dinner it was getting late so just ran out of time.
I still managed to bust out a solid session, just not at 100%
These posts are done for two reasons, to give people an insight into how I train and also because I'm part of a fitness challenge.
