☠️ The Workout - Cardio Day ☠️

I have to admit I was feeling really flat last night, had no energy and wasn't feeling the greatest. I had a really tough day at work so I think I was just feeling really drained from that.

I decided to just take it easy last night with my run and not push myself to the max.
I still managed to do a fairly decent run, but it's times like this when your more likely to end up getting sick. Sometimes you just gotta take it easy.

Im with you with the whole sick thing and cardio. I have learned, especially if I run outside, that if I push myself too hard with running, I usually get sick. I have been better on the diet and taking my vitamins so maybe that will help... but I'm too paranoid to test it LOL! Awesome job!

After 6 years of fairly consistant training, my immune system is rock solid. Never seem to get sick and if I do get a bug(last time was 2 years ago) I kick it really fast thanks to my super charged immune system.

You should be fine if you keep up the nutrients, but when I'm feeling drained I like to take it easy just incase :)
