#FITTYBITZ #8 // tuesday 6th march // gyroscope feb monthly stats and last week in da blizzard.

I have a feeling that 100k steps at 6.7k average a day is pretty bad actually for a month, I know, I feel like I should be doing more, that minimum of 10k steps a day makes sense to me, I mean that would be like 70k of steps in a week right so that 100k is well of the mark for me I feel.

also I’m not sure what’s going on with the time tracking, I know I need to put the tracker on my laptop as well but 210 hrs on the computer does not seem right, surely I’ve been on it more, regardless 56% of my time was productive, can you imagine if i was hitting the 80% — like most people I’m sure you can understand that I’m not happy with in the middle/average when it comes to productivity.

Two obvious metrics, my working time is matched with as much ‘gaming’ time on a pretty darn pathetic game (mainly because my computer can’t cope with anything else) — I wanna make it my goal to swap the numbers around in march and get that OBS, STEEMIT, DLIVE, BEAR numbers up, also did I really spend four hours of my life last month looking at amazon!?!?

Switching to the last week I felt regardless of all the weather and snow that we had a fairly good exercise week because we went out to Matlock baths, the rest of the week was a bit of a bust because of the weather system and the blizzard coming in but without transport and roads to drive on your pretty much locked in and we don’t have much room to swing a cat in here so it’s pretty hard to get steps in! :)

Forty two hours being very productive because of the weather was good last week, you can see I’ve already started to replace the problem areas with the ones I mentioned just, aside from also spending more time interacting inside of discord — it’s kind of a personal mission to spend more time there between sprints and to alert people to things I’m working on.

I know that I’ve seen a few people mention about feeling remote or distant from people because all they do is wake up, get on the computer and blog, they don’t speak to anyone or virtually co-work together, it’s something I want to foster a community around this year.

think of it like a drop in virtual coffee shop, you don’t have to speak but you do have to live stream and we can turn the video/audio on and off as we work, coming together to maybe hook up some lunch or evening accountability chat.

If you did’nt see it yet I’m working on some new footers to link you to some of my either underperforming posts or posts that I’ve done really well in the last seven days below, I’ve also started to link the 3hr course and i’m starting to add to that today and releasing all the new videos out on @teamvideo too — the ideal day today would be a few @dlive videos, one on @dtube and finally one @teamvideo tutorial.

I also want to save my time doing more productive things. But I spent too much time on Gaming. Thanks for your experience. :)

well, try and turn that into gaming 'sprints' -- set a timer and do two hours, also, consider if you could have maybe live streamed that for two hours maybe connecting with a few people and making a little bit of steem in the process.

I am tracking my time since last month. I am using more time on Youtube and facebook. And very less on productive sites. I am trying to manage it.
great post.

both real time sucks right? especially youtube, as much as it's great to have access to all that content you can seem that's all you ever do is watch stuff. i had to make a very clear turn to make sure that i was creating rather than just a consumer -- facebook i'm super rare on that these days if i'm honest.

Helpful post, Thanks for sharing. Time management is big lesson for me.

literally takes time to get on top of this stuff, you need to be able to see where you are going wrong to be able to fix it. it takes time and lots of conditioning -- as you can see i've not got it right yet either.
