Here are some reasons which i found and my fiverr gig appears on search result page with in 10 mins after posting your gig.

The following things will help you

Gig Title

It doesn't matter if your fiverr gig title is unique or not. but your title should describe your exact work you will do. for e.g i have searched a keyword "crypto medium article" the title of first gig in new arrival contained "your crypto related article".

Gig image

Your gig image should be unique. Most important thing is DON'T COPY IMAGES OF OTHER GIGS.

Meta Tags

your some meta tags should be same of your fiverr gig title. for e.g your title is "i will post your content on medium", then one of your meta tags should contain medium.

Here comes the most important thing "Gig description"

you may see many gigs which may not have searched exact keyword in there fiverr gig title or image or meta tags but they have used the keyword in description. Don't use gig title in description. For example, i have searched "crypto video" , i saw the very first fiverr gig in newest arrival fiverr gig does't have a exact "crypto video" keyword in title nor image or meta tags, it was in the gig description. and the title of the also contain the keyword but it was like "Unmatched Crypto Promotional Video". But when i searched for the "Crypto Promotional Video" i wasnt able to find that gig.

You should also use the single word in your description and package as much as you can which is in your title. That word should be in small, capital and also use the word first letter in capital also. for example my title contains word crypto, then the word in your be like crypto, CRPTO, Crypto. and your write the same word in your meta tag too.

The other thing is how should you use the "description text". Don't bother about the quantity of words you used in your gig description. The main thing is of using the text features. Some lines of the text should be normal, some lines should be bold, some should be filled with color (i'm sorry i don't know the exact word used for it :D), and some should be bold and use of the color too.

Now how will you get to know your gig is appeared on result page or not. Search the keyword you have used in your gig title and description. if your gig appears on relavance page or newest arrival page then your good to go.
