The Flag War is over by building a Low Orbital Flag Cannon (flag/downvote ultimate weapon)

We have no option but to build this weapon! We must end the flag war. To secure our security we must securely make a committee of 12 to handle this weapon. Nine out of twelve votes are required from this elite committee to fire the weapon, which will be designed to obliterate a users post, and their reputation through a systematic attack on all past present future posts and comments. Four out of ten votes is required to end the attack, (although the chosen user will already be destroyed).

The weapon works by drawing all the community's SP like a spirit bomb, and then dropping it onto someone, systematically destroying them. Here is a diagram.

Let's start a crowdfunder? How much would it cost to make one of these weapons? I'm sure if we all work together we can have it up and running in no time. We can choose our committee who will handle this weapon with either democracy or something cool like challenging people to a game. First 12 winners are elite committee, anyone can challenge them. Everyone can do one challenge every six months. Defender chooses game. Quarter yearly board game battle royals. Yearly paintball mega battle royals. Or something like that.
