Great information, unfortunately only people with explorer traits will apply it. There are so many nice places in the world where living costs and taxes are low, yet most people are comfortable in their over priced, toxic world. Then when they don't move to better situation, complain about the situation. People aren't trees rooted to the ground, but many act like it.
