I was just thinking about episode 18 when Ralph "died" Barry said to him "fight it... I'll save you"... And then Ralph says "you already did" what is Ralph said that because Barry goes back in time and tells him how to beat Devoe or gives him something to help... I think that Devoe has a weakness... And that weakness is emotions... What if that's why he couldn't account for Barry's emotions...his grief on this latest episode...because inside, Ralph's consciousness was actually fighting him. What if that's why Ralph said "you already did". Because in the past Barry already gave him some type of advice or injected him with some type of super serotonin serum that would help him fight Devoe inside his mind...and give team flash a chance... That way in the finale Barry can look Devoe in the eye... Knowing that he's ahead of Devoe.... that he outsmarted him using chemicals/methodologies that affect emotions. Right when Devoe thinks he's won, Barry can smile knowing that Ralph is about to kick his ass out...! What if Devoe taking Ralph's body was always the plan. But Ralph couldn't tell anyone because it would alter the timeline.. I mean Ralph did say he would throw himself into a furnace for the team... This would suffice... I mean look at how emotional Ralph was on that episode. His love and concern for others. I mean he was displaying some strong emotions. Stronger than any other bus meta when Devoe took their body...
