Since I could think of nothing else to write about today I'll take a shot at the flat earth vrs spinning ball controversy. As we know we have two sides here, one says the earth is a flat slab of land covered by a dome and with the celestial bodies we see just travelling around up there, also we happen to be surrounded by the Antarctic.
The other theory is that we are a spheroid shaped planet that is rotating on its axis and is at the same time translating around the sun which is also moving around our galaxy which is also moving all over the universe.
Both sides present proofs, none of which convince the other side. Personally I go for the spheroid that is moving around space, you know everyone does take a side. Am I right? How should I know I just picked one side. Now I do have one argument, why would people go to such great troubles to convince others that the earth is a spheroid and moves around space, I don't see anyone getting any benefit out of it.
But my main argument would be, why make such a big deal out of this, what do I care if it is flat or if is round? It is what it is and it doesn't affect me in the least, I can do nothing about it, if it is flat it is flat if it is round it is round, so what the hell are all of you people arguing about it is a senseless argument, there is absolutely no point in it.
