They're not trying to make flat earth look like nonsense. They were the original youtuber flat earthers. They had their model of the avocado they call 'convex earth' since at least 2011. In the video, an alien named Bilu tells them about convex earth. They're just a UFO cult.

Flat earthers made themselves look like nonsense by blindly accepting the convex earth people's documentary as gospel. Most of them didn't look at what was presented critically until the Bilu video became public. Many still accept the 'experiments' as evidences and ignore the convex earth part.
