Flickstr Review – My Experience In Using Flickstr
I used this product as beta tester so today I’m going to make a tour to help you understand more details about it.
This is a Wins/Mac software so after your purchase, you download it to your computer and then install it.
I’m not going to make an instruction for installing it because it is simple (just download it and install it, nothing more). Also, there is a training video about how to install it so don’t worry too much.
To avoid wasting your time, I’m going to describe some main elements of Flickstr software.
Here is the main Flickstr dashboard after my installation:
I’m going to describe some areas:
(1): This is where you can add your themes, backgrounds, text, images, sounds, videos (with default elements or you can upload your own from your computer)
(2): Preview your slide or undo, redo your task.
(3): Save your work and produce your video.
(4): list of frames and an audio.

-Script: you can add your document file (.txt) and turn it to many slides you want.
-Voiceover: you can record your voice here.
-Sync: Make your audio sync with your slide.
I’m going to describe the features of (1) and (5) because I think these parts are so important for new users.
1/ Area 1:
A,Create new project:
I’m going to start using it. I choose “New” to set “Theme” for my video.
There are so many templates for your there. Beside, you also can choose your slide size (4 options: 1920×1080 (Full HD), 1280×720 (HD), 960×540 (qHD), 640×360 (nHD))
I choose a random template and here is result:
B, Backgrounds:
I choose to change current backgrounds, and as you see there are bunch of default templates here:
Beside these default backgrounds, you have 2 other options: upload your own background or upload from cloud.

Here is the way you can edit text of your video:
D, Images:
Like backgrounds, you have some defaults images and you also upload your own image. See my screenshot below:
E, Sounds:
Like two elements above, you can choose default audio and also upload your own audio.

You have some video templates here, and you also upload your own videos.
Note: You can mute the audio inside, and insert your video.
If you choose to upload video from Youtube, you can search Youtube video you like and download it directly from Flickstr dashboard.
