I've been lurking for a couple of months and thought it was a good time to introduce myself. I'm @steve313 I'm a full time real estate investor in Michigan, husband to an amazing, and beautiful woman, and father/step-father of 5 great kids.. I'm interested in cryptocurrency and the technology behind it, BJJ/MMA, Real Estate, and helping people learn how to flip houses!
I started flipping houses in 2006.. right before the big crash. I've worked in several different niches within the real estate field, from preforeclosures and short sales, buying notes, fix and flips, rentals, seller financing, and wholesaling.. I currently run a full time investment company in the Metro Detroit area that flips 6-10 houses a month, mostly wholesale.
We currently have 5 fix and flips going right now, and are experiencing a ton of growth!
I wanted to make an introduction post, and then I can start to share some of the progress, and tips & tricks for new and experienced investors alike!
I hope to bring some value and interesting discussions to this platform around real estate investing especially!

I know how hard it is to get big upvotes on a new account so my advice would be to give @MinnowPowerUp a go as you can earn up to 30% more steem power than just powering up! It's a subscription based daily upvote bot that draws its power from a delegation pool. Welcome to the community Steve - we're glad to have you. I look forward to seeing your projects. I am also a rehabber/ flipper and I've been investing in the Fresno area for the last 17 years. I too have worked with wholesaling, buy & hold, non-performing notes, and other investments like stocks , bonds and hard assets. I have one flip going on right now, and I have been posting the progress of it here ion Steemit. I run a weekly meetup group where we get together each week to talk about local deals and investment and partnership opportunities. We are always looking for deals - many of my members are insterested in looking out of state for more deals - I wonder if I might be able to get on a buyers list of yours if you have one. My investors and I tend to look for wholesale properties that we can fix and flip - but I have other investors looking for buy and hold opportunities - nice to meet you - I hope we get a chance to talk more
