Hi guys- well Christmas has come and gone, and I have made some progress!

IMG_1450.jpg

This is my second floor tile installation ... in this home... and I have all the porcelain tiles thin-set in place!
On this layout I wanted to start with full 13 inch x 13 inch full tiles in front of the patio doors, I didn't want a partial tile where the patio door opened.
This committed me to a small partial tile on the left side of the layout. This is OK with me because it is over our computer desk where the chair is ( where I am typing this post ).

You can see this in the above picture .... I always try to balance my layouts, but sometimes @silvertop just has to have his own way! :)
I hope there aren't any remodeling perfectionist out there that are shaking there head at @silvertop about this LOL!
Wait a minute.......... @silvertop IS ONE OF THOSE LOL!

So the tile is ready for the black grout, after the New Year and then the tile on both sides of the great room will be finished! Then-on to the wood flooring between!
I will make one last post with the black grout, just to let you guys see!
I hope you enjoyed this project; it was fun! I can't think of a better way to spend my free time!

Everyone have a safe and very Happy New Year!!!
