This is the view from the balcony of the house I'm renovating in the Florida Keys. Well after today the house is actually in my family because my brother finally bought it!!!
It took us 2.5 years of negotiating to buy this property. We have been trying to buy it while it was a short sell, then for 2 years when it was in foreclosure, then it went to auction for about 40 times (Not Kidding)...After all that hard work and dedication we finally own it!!!!
