Flowers play a full role in the reproductive system that will occur marriage of male sex cells and female genital cells of pollen and pistil is better known as pollination. after pollination will occur the process of fertilization and produce fruit. Bunga yaitu awal dari sistim reproduksi yang dimiliki tumbuhan untuk menghasilkan buah serta peran hewan seperti kupu kupu,lebah atau burung dan bantuan angin dalam penyerbukanya. tidak semua bunga menghasilkan buah ada yang bunga sebagai penghias saja dan ada bunga yang menghasilkan buah dari hasil penyerbukan.
Bunga berperan penuh dalam sistem reproduksi yang nantinya akan terjadi perkawinan sel kelamin jantan dan sel kelamin betina yaitu serbuk sari dan putik yang lebih dikenal dengan penyerbukan. setelah penyerbukan akan terjadi proses pembuahan dan menghasilkan buah.
