La manzanilla es una planta flor que cuando voy al supermercado no dejo de comprarla , es excelente y la recomiendo para los dolores estomacales y para tomarla en te para relajarse y ayudar a las personas que no son fáciles para dormir de verdad que lo he comprobado y por eso se la recomiendo.
