One of my fave subjects in photography is the sunflower... There is always a commotion surrounding this flower where bees are busy in pollinating as soon as the flower' s capitula opens... its head follows the sun when it turns from the East to West. The sunflower seeds are rich in Vitamin B complex good for the nervous system ..and they offer so many minerals and nutrients such as phosphorous, magnesium, iron and calcium to name a few.

There is a self-service sunflower field near my home and with just a few steps, I could pick a few for my flower vase. You pay for each head or number of stems you cut. You just have to put your coins in a coin box and that's it..
