Every year the first flowers in my area bloom the brightest yellow, making green envious of the pure energy the color invokes.
This is really early for the blossoms to be popping their little heads up for the new year. A warm wind has started spring and it can't go back, I am still hopeful we will have some more rain because we are as dry as late fall presently.
I took these pictures on my morning walk. Everything was so fresh I wanted to share these with you. We are almost in spring!

Very nice and colorful pictures! Though we don't have spring here but I agree that it's refreshing to see bursts of color when walking to your destination. I am just like you, continuously stopping and taking shots when I see something worthwhile to look at. I love flowers and I also love Pablo Neruda. Here's my pop of color from my tropical country.

Forget spring, it looks like summer :)) I was in hiking Thursday and it was cold and frozen, hopefully I will get around to write about my wintery adventures tomorrow.

YAYAYAYAAAAYYY COLORR!!! I don't know about you but this feels like the longest winter ever. I keep running out the door in a tee shirt even when it's freezing, just because I see the sun and think- OH It must be warm out!

It has been the weirdest winter ever! It was rainy and cold when I got back from steemfest so I figured we were going to have a big winter. But is had been crazy. We are either frezzing with thick frost in the morning or hot and sunny confusing all of the flowers. Crazy.....
