I found this lovely little flower growing beside the road on a very narrow lane about a mile-and-a-half away from home. I'm not entirely sure what it is, but perhaps one of the several species of echinacea /coneflowers, perhaps Echinacea paradoxa. Whatever it is, it is certainly a cheerful little flower! 😊
