Washing Hands From An Early Age So That The Body Is Always Protected From Influenza Virus Disease

Severe flu can be dangerous, even fatal. An example is bird flu. Bird flu is flu that is transmitted from birds to humans. In the medical world, bird flu is also known as avian influenza. Bird flu itself is caused by the H5N1 or H7N9 virus. One of the symptoms of the flu is a high fever, which can make the body lose fluids. Therefore, drink lots of water, so that the body is well hydrated, while helping the body fight viral infections. The following is a brief description of each type of influenza virus.
  • Type A: Influenza type A is a virus that can attack animals. However, often this type of influenza virus also attacks humans and can cause serious damage to the respiratory system. Birds are the main carriers of this virus in other animals and humans. Influenza type A is an influenza virus that often becomes an epidemic in tropical countries because it is able to spread not only through poultry, but also through human-to-human contact.
  • Type B: Influenza virus type B is a virus that is only found in humans. Type B has a lower level of danger than A, but still has the possibility to develop into a deadly virus. This type of influenza is classified as not having the potential to become an epidemic.
  • Type C: Type C influenza virus is the mildest type when compared to other types. This virus only attacks humans and cannot cause serious damage to the respiratory system. As with type B, this virus also does not cause outbreaks.

This virus usually attacks the body through the membranes in the nose, eyes, or mouth. Every time you touch these parts with your hands, you are at risk of contracting the influenza virus. Prevent this by always washing your hands. Washing hands can kill bacteria and germs, as well as eliminate attached viruses. Instill this habit of washing hands from an early age so that the body is always protected from disease.
