How to gain followers on steem

in followers •  7 years ago

We all are on steem to get an audience, make people read our post and comment, but when we do not get peoples attention it dampens our spirit of
composing and post content. Below are some tips than
can help you get people read your post

Tip 1: You need to choose an area of
interest and always write a quality content about it, as you do people of like
minds will follow you and they will always yearn to see your post.

Tip2: Most of those you follow should be those you like what they post and those
in your area of interest, You're more likely to get a follow back if people see
that they have something in common with you.

Tip3: Always read carefully peoples post and write a quality comment.

Tip 4: Your profile should depict your area of interest

Tip 5: Avoid begging people to follow
you, those that freely followed you are more likely to follow your post always
than those you beg to follow you

Tip 6: Don't make meaningless replies like "Nice Post",
"Interesting", etc. Post insightful comments or add useful
information to the discussion. Include cute, but relevant graphics. People's
eyes are naturally drawn to images.

Tip 7: Post on trending topics regularly.

Tip 8: Link your social media
accounts together. If you have a twitter account, create a link to your Steemit
account. Include a call to action like "Join me on Steemit and get paid
for posting". Rince and repeat for your other social media accounts.

Tip 9: Don't expect instant rewards.
Steemit payouts are pretty low until you hit it big.
