I followed all your peeps. Few are posting daily, and few are posting to contests and challenges. These would be my two strongest suggestions for all of them.
Freewrite, photo challenges, contests, are all good ways to get posts out quick.
Also esteem and share2steem give good upvotes to newer accounts.
Getting on twitter is another good idea for new accounts. We have a few big guys out there tweeting #steem and giving support to newer accounts.

While I was unemployed I managed to post every day, but now I have a job again (and the gig-going has increased again) I'm lucky to get three out a week. Time is the enemy. I'm trying to discipline myself to write faster and finish at least one sentence without distracting myself...

You're doing a great job, guys. To help the minnows to bloom is great, they are the future of steem and like the baby plants we have to take care of them! In my daily upvotes I pay attention to the minnows because I think they need to stay motivated to be here , more than the older ones. There are a lot of interesting minnows to follow ^_^
