I'm still trying to figure out how Steemit works... Should I hold off on those I'm Following until my Followers catch up...??? I keep thinking I'm doing too much Following... It's not easy keeping up... Let me know what you think...

Im following over a hundred more then whose following me. Some people dont want to follow you but if you like there content i think it doesnt matter. Ill just keep doing what you are doing an if you dont like there content you can unfollow them so it works out eventually :)

No. Other people look at your page and stats. If they see you have a large following then they will probably jump in as well. On the other hand it does erk me to see people with 1,000 followers and 5 people he or she is following.

Personally, I don't put any limit to my follows, but I mute those ones that are not of much interest to me. But that's just me,

Did you notice that the votes you recieve are worth more now? Are you getting more votes since you changed your picture?

It takes lots of Upvotes for me to get a single penny...lol... I'm not sure if it all in when you make your posts or if people have a special link to your page... The votes just don't seem to be there for me, the way I see them for others... Gregory Mannarino gets a pile of votes and money for evey Post he makes... I'm still having a hard time figureing out how this Steemit works... I can come up with a great Post and make a single penny... I can get very discouraging at times...
