Have you heard of a tool where I can set a upvote rule for new votes e.g. for new posts on the entire chain like every post after 15 minutes with less than 5 likes? Thanks for the post will definitely adapt your strategy!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
