Black Forest Cake - This light and very aromatic cake is appropriate for both your family holidays and weekends when you get together with your whole family around the table. You can also serve it for the Birthday party because it is prepared quite quickly and will not take much of your time for the other festive preparations. The cake brings with it a festive mood and is a delicious and appropriate finish for every dinner!
Necessary products:
Chocolate blatt:
2 cups of flour
2 cups of white sugar
¾ cup natural cocoa
½ teaspoon of salt
½ cup of vegetable oil
1 cup yogurt
1 cup of hot water
2 big eggs
2 vanilla powders
Sugar syrup:
120 milliliters of water
80 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of Amaretto
1 packet of vanilla sugar
For Cream:
3 cups of sweet cream for breaking, cold
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 vanilla powder
Decoration:
250 grams of black chocolate
200 grams of cherries, take 10 of them for decoration
Making Chocolate Swamp:
- Turn the oven to 180 ° C.
- Prepare 2 24 centimeter baking trays with the baking paper on the bottom and grease them with grease.
- Mix all dry ingredients, flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and vanilla. Squat well.
- In another container, mix all wet ingredients, starting with eggs, yogurt, oil, and finally slowly add hot water. Stir well with a kitchen wire Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until you get a smooth dough.
- Place the dough in the two trays equally and place them in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes. You can check whether the swamps are ready with a wooden stick that, after piercing the swamps, must come out clean.
- Allow the swarms to shake for 10 minutes in the molds before removing them on metal grills to cool them completely.
Preparation of Sugar Syrup with Amaretto:
- Put the sugar and water in a small bowl. Stir in medium heat until the sugar melts. Boil the syrup for 1 minute and remove it from the fire. After slightly cooling, add the Amaretto and Vanilla liqueur. Allow it to cool completely before using it.
- To make the cream, whisk the well-cooled cream along with the powdered sugar of a light and fluffy cream with an electical mixer. Do not overdo it to keep the cream light and airy.
Chocolate decoration:
- Melt chocolate in water vapor or in a microwave oven.
- Using a large spatula, spread the melted chocolate into a thin layer on a large piece of parchment paper.
- Grab the paper from the short edge and roll in roll. Put the paper in the fridge until the chocolate becomes firm.
- When it hardens, unwrap the paper and have the chocolate crumbs for decoration.
Assembling:
- Cut the fully cooled blades in half. So you will get 4 swamps. Place the first one directly on a convenient serving plate. Soak the swamps with sugar syrup. Place about a glass of broken cream and sprinkle with chopped cherries top. Squeeze them gently into the cream. Repeat the same with the other swarms.
- Place the cake in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Cold and well-cured cake, smear cream on all sides and leaven.
- Make the chocolate decoration on the side. Make rose creams from above and put one cherry on each.
