Feeding the Homeless: Minimizing Olympic Waste

Hi Steemit folks,

Read this wonderful article about generous chefs are turning the excess food at Rio '16 into grand meals for the homeless. Brazil hasn't had an easy year. Coups, uprisings and corruption plagued the country's leadership. Dropping oil prices devastated the economy. The preparations for the Olympics was a hot mess. All of this burned those at the bottom the longest and hardest. It's nice to read positive news.
