【Spicy Braised Duck Heads】Recipe:
1️⃣ Clean and blanch the duck heads, then rinse thoroughly and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add doubanjiang and hot pot base, then stir-fry with millet pepper, ginger, garlic, and dried chilies. Next, add the duck heads and stir-fry.
3️⃣ Pour in beer, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, salt, rock sugar, and oyster sauce.
4️⃣ Bring to a boil and transfer to a pressure cooker. Add a packet of secret braising spices. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes."
