Enjoying Organic Figs and Grapes right off the tree /vines

Fig helps to reduce high blood pressure due to its high potassium content. So include 4-5 figs in your daily diet. . 20525872_477754652587871_2691445437228069348_n.jpgThe grapes are filling out and will be ready to harvest later in the season. Papaya seedlings have sprouted from compost that was given to a Fig tree. With the Papaya seedlings, I will save some to pot and keep them inside during the winter months.
In addition to the three main gardens, I have growing Swiss Chard, peas, cucumbers, potatoes, and tomatoes in a mini garden.IMG_8522.JPGIMG_8524.JPG20476335_477754735921196_2405284290546198088_n.jpg

Very nice! Excellent idea, I will try it! Here's how the sun can help lower blood pressure, also: https://www.opdeepstate.com/2017/08/01/sunlight-has-cardiovascular-benefits-independently-of-vitamin-d/
