Traditional street food Dahi Papdi Chaat

Famous as a street food lover, it is absolutely perfect to change your taste.

Ingredients for Papri Chaat Recipe

Flour- 1 cup
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Cumin-¼ teaspoon
Salt-¼ teaspoon
Oil-to fry
Moong Dal - ½ cup (for pakodas)

To make a chat

Fresh curd - 1 cup
Black salt- ¼ teaspoon
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
Sweet chutney

Green Coriander Chutney

Pomegranate
Salt
Roasted cumin
Chaat masala
chilli powder

Method - How to make Daddy Papdi Chaat
Soak the dal for 2 hours in water. Then, remove excess water from it and grind it lightly.

Hard rolls
Take the flour in a big bowl. Add salt, cumin and oil to it and mix it. Then, pour some water into it and knead it like a complete dough. There is less than ¼ cup of water to interfere with so much flour. Cover the dough and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Make pakodi
Fry the grounded coriander for 3 to 4 minutes continuously so that it blossoms well. Also, keep the oil in the pan for frying pakodas. As the oil gets hot, break the rounded pakodas by hand, and fry them in the frying pan. After the golden brown of the dumplings, take them out. Take the rest of the dumplings in the same way.

Soak pakodas in water
Take 3 cups of water in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of salt in it. Put fried dumplings in this water and keep it soaked in water for 15 to 20 minutes so that it blooms.

Make papadia
Smooth the dough. Divide the dough into two parts. Make a piece and make a piece by rounding it with hands. Then, make it slightly thicker than Paranthas. After this, take the bottle lid and place the lid on a thickly roasted parathas by pressing it and then pressing rounded papadians and cutting them. After cutting the papadis, remove the excess dough from the round sheet.

Pappadas are a little thick. So make them thin and thin slightly. Then, put 4 to 6 rounds of forks on both sides. Make Papadi Bell by making small dough from extra dough. Put the fork in them too.

Papidi bottom
Pour the papadis in medium hot oil in Kadhihiyah. Keep gas slow and medium. Turn off the papad on the side of the bottom side and take them out of the plate after being golden brown.

Make a chat
Add salt and sugar to the curd and mix it. To serve the herbs, keep 3 to 4 coriander pokodas in the plate and squeeze the water. Along with that, break the 2 Papadi and put it. Put 5-6 small spoons of curd, 1 teaspoon sweet chutney, 1/2 or 1 teaspoon green chutney and add spices - red chilli powder, chut masala, cumin powder, salt and pomegranate over them. Again, add a little curd, 4 to 5 pomegranate and a little bit roasted cumin powder, salt and sweet chutney. Chap Kapadi is ready. Serve delicious peas and serve them.
