Vegetable soup for dinner

Hello steemians,
I made a very delicious soup today. Awwww it my second best soup.
Yes! Second, this is because Egusi soup is my favourite.

But am talking about vegetable soup.
I will tell you why i like vegetable soup.

I am inlove with this soup because it is very
nutritious but light.
Do you know that vegetable soup quickly absorbs and improves digestion?
I know you are not aware but know this today and in addition, this soup is usually less caloric than most dishes.

If you really care about your health, always eat good and tasty vegetable soups because their properties are incomparable.

Moreso, vegetable soup contains alot of vitamins that the body needs. These makes the soup beneficial to humans.

I made this soup for dinner, am sorry i couldn't write down the steps i used in preparing this soup but you can try this at home using the following ingredients;

• waterleaf

• ugu leaf

• fresh Uziza leaf

• palm oil

• stock fish head (cod)

• achi

• meat (any one you prefer but i used chicken and canda)

• dry fish

• pepper

• knor maggi

• periwinkles (you may not add if you don't like it)

• crayfish

• onion

• water

It came out tasty and delicious.
