Ragi dough - 2 cups
Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
Salt - Essential (11/2 teaspoon)

Sprinkle urad dal for 1-2 hours. Grind it later, mix ragi flour and salt well.

To make cucumber leave for 7-8 hours. Now heat the tawa and spread the khaira, when one side becomes well cooked then turn it and the other side will cook until it is well Crispi. image
