I am so bad with baking (and cooking! Mostly!) but this seems so delicious yet simple. I think I will try to make these this weekend since I am on my vacation so I have plenty of time. Recipe is printed! And on the refrigerator. :-)

    I hope you get a chance to try it. What a great idea to make them while you're on vacation. Easy to make and little clean up - bingo! Hope you are having a great one!
