These cupcakes make children happy on birthdays
Ingredients / for 12 people
• 3 eggs
• 125 g of sugar
• 125 g of butter soft (I replaced 65g of butter with mascarpone but you can also replace it with liquid cream)
• 100 g of flour
• 25 of cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon 1/2 of baking powder
• For the decoration:
• 100 to 150 g of white chocolate
• Colorant (natural if possible)
• Smarties
• Decorative candies
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6). Place paper boxes in your muffin pans. Beat all the ingredients together for 2 to 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Fill the boxes 3/4 and bake for 15 minutes. Make melt the white chocolate, divide it into three or more, add the coloring of your choice in each part and mix. Once the cupcakes are cool, cover them with melted white chocolate and glue the Smarties and decorative candies. Drop cotton candy at the last moment just before serving.
