Eggplant and tomato stew, we can make it with potatoes as well. This is a delicious dish, and meat is used inside it, and it is delicious.

how i made this food

First, we empty the eggplants and tomatoes into their stomachs, I used a small spoon, then we use the ingredients inside them and mix them with minced meat, add a little onion, add spices with salt, and a little aromatic greens. And we also mix rice

As you can see in the photo, I kept the doors and put them back on
We fill the eggplants with the ingredients and put them in, then we mix a little water and tomato paste and add it to the eggplants.
Then we let them cook and they are ready to eat
