  • Fried or roasted bread, cut into squares or triangles.
  • A tablespoon of olive oil.
    ##How to prepare
  • Wash all vegetables well. Cut tomatoes into squares. Cut the option into boxes. Fry the parsley so it is soft.
  • Cut the radish into squares.
  • Cut off green onions, carrots, and watercress.
  • Mix the ingredients with each other, then add the refreshing mint, salt and apple cider vinegar, as it is useful in burning fat and olive oil.
  • Lemon juice on the previous amounts.
  • Prepare the fried bread after dripping with oil, so that the color turns to the crisp golden, then the oil, so that part of it is placed to adorn and part of the salad fattous.
  • Mix them with each other to blend together.
  • This dish becomes a vitamin-rich dish.
  • It can be taken for people who are overweight.
  • A full meal is rich in apple cider vinegar, which helps burn fat in the body.
  • Put the salad in the serving dish, add the sliced ​​lemons to the decor, and add the black olives, fried bread and some green mint.
