During the rainy season with cold weather, Mie Aceh cuisine is an inspiration that I want to share for you. Let's try to cook it ourselves at home. Prepare enough material just do not overdo it. Just enough for one meal. Ok!

- And one tablespoon of Mie Aceh seasoning for one serving. I buying this spice in the noodle seller near the house, because it is very complicated to make their own, especially the material that quite a lot.
How to cook:
Heat a frying pan, pour the cooking oil, wait until it's hot. Add cabbage, spring onions, celery, half a tomato grain.
All the material was previously sliced. All the ingredients, enter at once while stirring.
Enter a teaspoon of Aceh noodle seasoning. Then stir again. Add half boiled water to avoid clumping, stir again. Squeeze one part of lime into it, insert a piece of salt, a flavor of sugar, a piece of sugar, stir again.
Pour the Aceh noodle spice and stir again while adding one glass of water. Add a little fried onion, sliced cabbage vegetables, half a tomato grain, plus a bit of bean sprouts. Then add soy sauce as much as one tablespoon, pour the vinegar to taste then wait to boil.
After boiling for three minutes, then enter the noodle you have prepared. Stir again while adding lime, a little fried onion and close the wok. While waiting for cooked noodles, you may add eggs or hotcakes. Do not forget to close again.
Reduce the heat when it is cooked, pour the noodles into the dish, sprinkle fried onion to taste. Add pickled onions, cayenne peppers, crackers, and cucumber fruit.

Berikut adalah bahan yang harus dipersiapkan:
- Mie kuning/ mie siap saji/ mie instan.
- Kecap manis,
- Cuka,
- Bawang goreng,
- Kerupuk melinjo
- Timun
- Garam secukupnya,
- Penyedap rasa secukupnya,
- Gula secukupnya,
- Minyak nabati satu sendok makan,
- Kol,
- Daun bawang,
- Seledri,
- Tauge,
- Tomat 1/2,
- Jeruk nipis 1/3,
- Acar bawang satu sendok makan,
- Cabai rawit lima buah
- Dan satu sendok makan bumbu Mie Aceh untuk takaran satu porsi. Bumbu ini aku beli di penjual mie di dekat rumah karena sangat rumit untuk membuat sendiri, terutama bahannya yang cukup banyak.
Cara memasak:
Panaskan wajan, tuang minyak goreng, tunggu sampai panas. Masukkan kol, daun bawang, seledri, setengah butir tomat. Semua bahan itu sebelumnya diiris-iris.
Semua bahan itu, masukkan sekaligus sambil diaduk. Masukkan sesendok teh bumbu mie Aceh. Kemudian aduk lagi. Tambahkan air matang setengah gelas agar tak menggumpal, aduk lagi.
Peras satu bagian jeruk nipis ke dalamnya, masukkan secuil garam, secuil penyedap, secuil gula, aduk lagi.
Tuang bumbu mie Aceh dan aduk lagi sambil menambah satu gelas air. Tambahkan sedikit bawang goreng, irisan sayur kol, setengah butir tomat, tambah sedikit tauge. Kemudian tambahkan kecap sebanyak satu sendok makan, tuang cuka secukupnya kemudian tunggu mendidih.
Setelah mendidih selama tiga menit, lalu masukkan mie yang telah kamu siapkan. Aduk lagi seraya menambahkan jeruk nipis, sedikit bawang goreng dan tutup kembali wajannya.
Saat menunggui mie matang, kamu boleh menambahkan telur atau kacang goreng. Jangan lupa tutup kembali.
Kecilkan api bila sudah matang, tuang mie ke dalam piring, taburkan bawang goreng secukupnya. Tambahkan bawang acar, cabai rawit, kerupuk, dan buah mentimun. Mie bumbu aceh buatan sendiri siap dinikmati.
