RECIPE
Ingredients
3 cups frozen strawberries (I bought fresh berries and froze them overnight)
1/2 cup frozen blueberry (or huckleberry, if you have it)
1 large, ripe banana
1/2 strawberry papaya (can also use the entire fruit)
2 cups pineapple; fresh or canned, drained of syrup
2 large kiwis
1 cup low-fat coconut milk (can use almond, soy, rice or regular)
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
1- Adjust ingredient amounts to your liking. Feel free to add more of one ingredient if it's your favorite fruit! Place everything into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
2- You can split this recipe in half and place prepared fruit into the refrigerator/freezer.
