☑️Tehrei has a lot of publicity in our rice powder dish. Tehri is made with two types of meat or khasi or cow. However, the beef taharii more popular.

☑️Ingredients
👉Black pepper 6
👉Amal: 4
👉Cinnamon, 2 pieces 4 pieces
👉Jumet powder: 1/2 teaspoon
👉Jayateree powder: 1/2 teaspoon
👉Khasi or cow's meat: 1 kg
👉Zirra powder 1 teaspoon of water
👉Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
👉Oil or ghee 3/4 cups
👉Onion slice 1 cup
👉Ginger paste: 1 tablespoon
👉Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
👉Talk yogurt: 1/2 cup
👉30 glasses of glass
👉Polao rice: 500 grams
👉Milk 1 cup
👉1 teaspoon of sugar
👉According to the salt taste

☑️Steps
☑️ Step 1
Black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and jayateri powder.

☑️ Step 2
Make small pieces of meat. Wash water. Mix half powder spices, ginger, garlic, coconut, 10 glasses of sugar and one teaspoon of salt in the meat.

☑️Step 3
Heat the oil and lighten the onion light brown color. Give meat and 3 cups of water. Cover and tear. Cook on medium heat and cook. Stir the meat in the water. When the oil gets out, drain the remaining powder with spices.

☑️ Step 4
