Ingredients:
1 kg of rice,
papaya rice,
1 poha,
1 cup of potato,
1 cup of peas,
1 cup of peas,
1 cup of cauliflower,
1 cup of carrots,
1 cup of ghee,
1 cup of cashew nut 12-15,
Ginger curry 1 table spoon,
1 tbsp of turmeric powder,
1 table spoon of pepper powder,
1 tablespoon of hot spices powder,
1 table spoon of cumin seeds,
1 table spoon of sugar,
1 cup of tomato khicha,
2 teaspoons of cinnamon,
2 cinnamon,
The amount of salt is as high as 10-15g ,
1 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
Preparation of the recipe: First wash the rice and keep the water out of it. Then mix it with a dry cauliflower. Once fried, wash the water with water. Now apply all the vegetables in four corners and soak them in the ghee with salt. After that put the pots in the pudding, roast it with hot spices, then fry it with turmeric and chilli powder, cumin seeds or powders and salt with rice and pulses. Once fried, boil it with boiling hot water. Rice, peeled and cook vegetables with sugar, hot spicy powder, chili, cashew nuts, curry leaves and keep them in short time. At the end, spread ghee on the khichuri and serve hot. Shahi Khichuri.
