What is the first thing that comes to mind you about 'Pontianak'? It must be Tugu Khatulistiwa right? And if you walk to a new place you must be searched about 'Food'. Here is food that you should try if you visit the "City of Equator" Pontianak. Actually the foods below is originally founded in Pontianak, not the franchises like the other for example KFC. Jojo Juice is a juice shop with many flavor variants. You can find a juice from the normal one flavor to the strange weird taste. What makes attraction is the taste variant that follows the sense of the present. My favorite is there is a new Manggo Wahana which is his dupes 'King Mango' same Matcha Milk Foam. 3. Ayam Pak Usu & Merdeka Ice Cream

Well this is a main course. So in Ayam Pak Usu provides ice cream, sushi, chicken noodles, Mi Ayam, but the highlight in this restaurant is Ayam Pak Usu menu with his Ayam Ponti. The Chicken taste in here you will not meet anywhere, this is very typical. Ayam Pak Usu is a fried chicken while Ayam Ponti is a grilled chicken plus a special spice then served with 3 chili choices, chili paste, pecel sauce, and the other one I forget hehe. Curious?
