Ubi Cilembu

Ternyata ubi Cilembu enak dan manis alami. Saya baru pertama kali mencoba makan ubi Cilembu. Daging umbinya empuk dan lembut, warnanya kuning kecokelatan. Rasanya seperti makan ubi biasa yang dicampur dengan gula merah. Manisnya benar-benar terasa dan asli tanpa tambahan pemanis buatan.

It turns out Cilembu sweet and sweet naturally. I first tried to eat sweet potato Cilembu. Meat tuber soft and tender, the color is brownish yellow. It was like eating a regular sweet pot mixed with brown sugar. The sweetness is real and original without any artificial sweeteners.

What is the origin of this dish? It looks tasy AF. I'd love to wash it down with a Irish Stout. I think the two who complement each other very nicely.
