METHOD OF PREPARATION
- The fish is cleaned, washed and allowed whole. Dry with a cloth towel and sprayed with lemon juice from. Sprinkle the chopped herbs, salt and pepper and left to marinate for half an hour.
On each fish put a few slices of tomato and lemon slices 1-2. Place the grill well-heated and cold 10-12 minutes on each side. Returning only when easily separated from the grill.
