INGREDIENTS
2.5 kg of calf musk

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
6 whole garlic cloves
6 onions
1 carrot
4 thyme twigs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- The calf muscle is washed and rises deeply on both sides. It binds with the thread not to break away. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add olive oil and calf musk. Fry on both sides.
Clean the onion and cut into halves. Garlic is washed and used whole. The carrot is scraped off and the thick skins are cut off one finger. The thyme twigs are broken in half.
Add the vegetables in the saucepan, over the browned meat, and cook in the oven. Allow to bake for about 50 minutes until the meat is well made. Remove the thread, sit on a plate and ripen the ripe vegetables.
