Fruit nectar

in food •  7 years ago

Nothing is better and healthier than a glass of fruit nectar. Especially in winter, when the fresh fruit offer is rather poor, a glass of fruit nectar, a drink at breakfast or at any other time of the day, we charge with energy and good pleasure.

Ingredients - Fruit Nectar (1000 ml)

1 kg of fruit (melon, peach, plum or any other fruit)
600 ml of water
325 g of sugar
1/2 lemon (juice only)

Preparation - Fruit Nectar

Put the water and sugar in a saucepan, on a small fire, and stir. After the sugar has completely melted and the syrup starts to boil lightly, add the cleaned fruit and cut into small pieces and lemon juice.

We cook the nectar 6 minutes, on small fire, no more. During boiling, we remove surface-formed foam.

Turn off the fire and let the nectar rest for a few minutes (4-5 minutes), then paste it with the blender.

If we want to consume it within 2 days, put it in a carafe, in the refrigerator, or in a bottle. If we want to consume fruit nectar in a maximum of 1 month, sterilize the bottles by boiling or oven, fill them with nectar and then turn them on the lid and let them cool. We stored them in the chamber after they were completely cooled down.

If we want to preserve nectar for 1 year, sterilize the bottles before filling them, fill them with nectar and then sterilize them again by boiling for 30 minutes. We let the bottles cool in the bowl we cooked them, then wipe them and store
them in the chamber.
