Let's make the shrimp with mango sauce

Ingredients
skewers of shrimp with mango sauce
30 shrimps (650 gr cleaned)
2 tablespoons of sauce Sriracha
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon honey (or sugar)
5-wire parsley
salt, black pepper
Sos mango
1/2 large mango (ripe and aromatic)
1/2 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil,
salt, pepper

Cooking skewers of shrimp with mango sauce

1.Peel shrimp, rinse under running water and dried with wipes well.

2.In a bowl, mix well the sauce Sriracha , crushed garlic oil and honey. Pour over shrimp, add parsley, salt and pepper. Mix it well.

3.Let the prawns marinate in refrigerator several hours or 1 hour at room temperature, if you hurry.

4.Even before prawns prepare the sauce: Place in food processor 1/2 mango pulp, zest of 1/2 lime, juice of 1/2 lime (2 tablespoons juice), oil, salt and black pepper . Mix well the robot until you have a smooth cream.

5.Lined shrimp, each 5 each skewer, as you see in picture 2.

6.Heat the grill well (or grill pan without adding fat, heat 5 minutes maximum). Arrange the skewers on the grill without it freezing. Fry on both sides until nice grill marks catch (about 2 minutes / side).
. If using a grill pan and grill not a classic, you can fry shrimp skewers and if you just put them in the pan away from each other
