Madison with parsley and pepper are very simple to make and especially tasty. In Naples, this kind of food is called Impepata di cozze. We only need mussels, parsley, pepper, a little olive oil and a little hot pepper. It's hard to believe that only 5 ingredients can get a delicious mushroom food. I suggest you try this recipe with mussels, I'm sure you will like it.

Mussels with parsley and pepper - Ingredients (2-4 people)

1 kg mussel
2 garlic cloves
1 chilli pepper dry
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper race
1 tablespoon of parsley

Mussels with parsley and pepper - Preparation

Heat the oil in a loose saucepan and add the unclean garlic cows, but crushed with a knife blade, and a small, dry pepper. Leave them for 1 minute on medium heat, then add the cleaned mussels.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the mussels boil for about 10 minutes on medium heat. When the mussels open completely, they're ready.
We collect a handful of parsley,

Do not add salt to this food, because the mussels have a natural salty taste.

Add plenty of pepper and parsley to taste.

If we use fresh mussels, after boiling, it must open up all well. If there are mushrooms that do not open, we throw them.
