Tonight I will make a simple snack is fried spring rolls with contents vegetables and egg. I was assisted by my mother who like to cook. Before making, the materials required are not many, just a few vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, celery, leek leaves, seasoning flavor , and eggs. I slice the vegetables and then I sauteed, when the vegetables were sauteed and then I add 3 eggs. Then I stirred it up the eggs cooked. I sauteed vegetables with extra egg contents are as spring rolls.
When spring rolls contents are already available, it is time to prepare for the spring roll skin. I use a spring roll skin that I bought in the market, so I do not have to bother to make it again. I fill the spring roll skin with vegetables and egg I sauteed earlier, and then I roll the spring roll skin. To glue the spring roll skin, I use egg whites so that the spring roll skin can stick and not be separated when the roll. I do all the process until all spring roll skins already filled with vegetables and egg. After all I do, now is the time for the frying process. Heat cooking oil and then enter the filled spring rolls with vegetables. Fry until spring roll skin color changed to brown. Remove and drain, and serve on a plate with extra chili sauce to taste more delicious.
