Hello! If you were wondering what is this food then I am telling you its a Satti. The best in town. The best in morning. The best after a long jog. The best time to eat with your love ones and your friends. The best when its still hot. This is made up of a semi creamy sauce, rice covered inside of I don't know exactly what's the name of it but I bet you will wonder how it is made, we called it "Tahmu". It can be with a chicken barbeque, any part will do, my favorite is the liver part. You can also eat with beef slices just like in the picture. It will only cost you of 40 pesos or .80$ per serve. If you ever plan to visit Philippines, try to look forward to Satti and you surely love it. Especially when it is made by a Tausug people. Or come here in Zamboanga City.
