keukarah or karah is a confectionary made from a mixture of coconut shell and coconut shaped coconut shell size one adult hand. This cake is one of the typical Aceh snacks that are similar to the fiber or bird's nest. It feels very crispy, sweet, crisp, and fragile. Because of its unique shape, this cake is often used as a souvenir that can be taken anywhere.
