Sugarcane Production Technology In Pakistan, And How To Prepared Gur By Sugarcane?

Today's post is for the awareness about the crop sugarcane that how it is sown, cultivate, stored, sale
and used in making useful sugar products.\this the crop is a big source of income for the farmers. My Uncle is prepare to gur.
I collect all the data and myself shot the pictures.

What is Sugar Cane?

Sugarcane is a crop very prominent and widely cultivated in PAKISTAN. ITS big benefit is, this crop is the raw material
used in making sugar that uses in big quantity throughout the world.

How to Growing Sugar Cane.

First of all.

We cut a healthy sugar cane into small pieces and bow in the soil in such way that half piece of it is in the soil and half is above this process is done by labors in a sequence of line not in an irregular manner.
after that, we watered this crop and wait till its star
growing.

After a particular period of time, the crop is being start its growth.We can see little sugar cane.
Now, its time for the proper caring of this crop.
We use pesticides for better care and protect our product from diseases.

After a long period of time, our crop is now fully prepared.

now its time to cut our crop .the cutting is based on machines or labors.
in villages, the people preferred hand cutting for cut the crop but incites, machines are used for this purpose.

The sugarcane is the move to industry where this product is sale and farmer earn money
now the crop is in the hands of industry where it is stored in the safe place and protect from sunlight and rats.

The sugar is inserted in a machine .the machine crush the sugarcane in juice and the juice is collected in a big pot and heat it. The following machine is used in past.
Nowadays this machine is used in small villages. But now big machines introduced for this purpose.

Following big pan is, where the juice is heated.we heat for taking the pure material and separate from impurities.
