WHIPPED SALTED CARAMEL CREAM
This is a really easy salted caramel frosting recipe. It’s not hard to make this salted caramel whipped cream, which goes well with anything. I love it in cakes, pastries, pancakes, tarts and bread.
This is the easiest salted caramel frosting ever. This whipped cream is intense-tasting and has a lovely texture.
Ingredients
460 ml OR 2 cups whipping cream
250 gr OR 1 cup caramel
sea salt
Directions
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Step 2 : Using electric mixer, beat to soft peaks. Can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover and chill. Re-whisk before using.

This would go extremely well with some cake or cupcakes! Lol. I actually thought it was ice cream that you were making, @allasyummyfood. But i'm sure the same recipe can be used with a slight modification for ice cream :D
